I met this adorable goat one January morning. Her name was Raisin and she stood in the bright morning sun and looked up at me so sweetly I wanted to take her home. Alas, that would’ve been tricky, so I painted her, using my square technique but with acrylic paint instead of collage, in lots of colors to match her sweetness.

Roosters gone wild! This original acrylic on 24 x 24” canvas is so bold and colorful.
Original framed in black shadow box frame $295
These vibrant red blooms are made with alcohol ink and are actually five separate panels that are hung side by side, almost like a picket fence pattern. The black behind it is only background for the photograph. It’s finished with a glossy ArtResin.
Together it is about 36” x 36” $395
This local ibis was created with my signature square pattern, but just to change it up I created it with 2” photographs of local landmarks, lots of clouds and a few of my art pieces. If you look at the post closely, you’ll see my favorite goat, Raisin. Original donated to Arts for Act Gallery and sold at silent auction.

This show stopper is actually four 21.5” squares together to create this gigantically fabulous bloom which looks like it’s from outer space. If this is what galaxy art is like then beam me up! Of course it’s sealed with ArtResin.
43 x 43” square (total) $895 for all four pieces
This is definitely a throwback to the 50’s - I just love that design and created quite a few pieces with the mid-century modern vibe. The beautiful teakwood and turquoise colors really shine with that layer of ArtResin on top.
$295
This 24 x 24" mixed media on canvas was made with old x-ray films. Part of an experimental adventure when teaching an alcohol ink class. The inks will move on most slick surfaces, so why not those old x-ray films you've got laying around. I used a variety of alcohol ink and acrylic paint. The squares are affixed to a canvas.
